If you cancel your private chef more than 7 days before your event date, we offer a 100% refund. Exceptions apply for peak days such as Christmas Day (25th Dec) and NYE (31st Dec) — we do not offer refunds for cancellations on those days.

What payment options are available to book a private chef?

We offer 3 different payment options:

Pay in full
Pay a 10% deposit: The remaining 90% is charged to your card 1 month before the event date.*
Split the bill: While placing the booking you just pay for yourself. You'll receive an email with a payment link to share with the remaining guests. All guest payments need to be settled 1 month prior to the event date.*

*Only available if your event date is more than 5 weeks away.
